Cheri and Larry came to settle in the fertile valley of Phoenix where they continued to sell furniture and continually make new friends.  Larry passed away in 2006 and Cheri devoted her attention to her brother as well as her children and grandchildren until she went to be with them again earlier this week.  Her stories with live on through her relatives and the thousands of friends she made across the country.

Cheri was a favorite.  She was elected 9th grade cheerleader at Bowie.  She told me she never thought she would get it and she was so surprised.  She was a quiet person and stayed in the background in high school. I really liked her.

I also remember Cheri as a wonderful person with a great personality, easy and fun to be around, extremely likable, very talented and modest. She and I were dance partners through high school - she was a terrific dancer. I’ll always remember the great time we had doing the choreography and dancing together in the senior play.    I will miss her. My sincere condolences goes out to her family.
