Diann Norman, 59, of Odessa passed away Monday, August 21, 2006 at Hospice House.  She was born in Gladewater, Texas to her parents, Cecil & Ethel (Moore) Proctor.

She married Bill Norman on October 9, 1970 in Odessa. She was a homemaker and was in the West Texas Street Rod Association. She was a member of 1st United Pentecostal Church.

Mrs. Norman was survived by her husband, Bill Norman of Odessa, her 2 daughters, Kelli Denise Norman of Austin and Traci Dawn Norman of Odessa, her mother, Ethel Proctor Weddel of Odessa, her brother, Larry Don Proctor of Odessa.

Family visitation will be 7-9 PM, Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at Hubbard-Kelly Funeral Home.

Funeral services will be 3:00 PM, Wednesday, August 23, 2006 at 1st United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Terry Pugh officiating. Burial will be at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
