LaDena married in high school during the fall semester of her junior year. her maiden name was Womack.  She divorced and remarried to Billy Jenkins, that marriage also ended in divorce.  LaDena had been living in Gardendale, had ovedosed on medication and was diagnosed with Neurological Sequale and was placed in Deering's Convalescene Nursing Home.  She passed away July 3, 1978 from a heart attack attributable to the overdose.  She is buried in Sunset Memorial Garden's Cemetery under the last name of Jenkins.
