I am very sorry to learn of Carl's passing.  My sincerest condolences to his family.

Carl's mom was my Cub Scout den mother,  She was a wonderful lady and she along with Carl provided me with the precious gift of many wonderful memories.  Carl was great guy that remained a good friend from our days at Austin Elementary, Crockett Junior High (the original one!) and until we graduated from Odessa High.

Rest in peace, old friend.  You made the world a better place.

Carl was a very nice guy.  From his pictures, he stayed skinny and didn't change in looks as much as some of us have.

I really lost touch will all my classmates when John and I moved away from Odessa in 1967.

It's so sad that so many of us are gone now, including John.
